The horizontal double screw belt mixer consists of a motor reducer, a mixer cover, a mixer cylinder, a double screw belt mixing mechanism, a discharge mechanism, and a mixer discharge port.

1. The material is fed into the mixer, and the main control system automatically controls the mixing, unloading, and opening/closing of the material door. The length of the mixing and unloading time can be set digitally, and online modification is supported to ensure uniform mixing.

2. The mixer has a total volume of 1m ³ and an effective volume of 0.7m ³. Depending on the specific gravity of the material, it mixes around 400kg each time.
